At this resolution it is rather hard to see all the constructive detail of this rather long labour of my passions. Been working on this 50*64 cm painting for about a month.

Regular visitors of this site might know that this is just one more depiction of my all time favourite subject of (pre)historic study and design for J.R.R. Tolkien´s settlement of Laketown or Esgaroth (The Hobbit). At the right I placed a new design suggestion for the Master of the town. Sort of a wbetter of merchant.
